A Clear Process From Start to Launch
Third-Party Tools & Premium Features
Some websites may require premium plugins, software, booking systems, integrations, licenses, subscriptions, or other third-party services to provide certain functionality.
If we believe a paid third-party service would benefit or be required for your website, we will explain:
- What the service does
- Why it may be needed
- The available options
- The estimated cost
- Whether there is a free alternative
- Whether the feature is optional or necessary
No premium third-party service will be added without discussing it with you first.
Any approved third-party plugin, subscription, license, integration, or service is the client’s financial responsibility and is not included in PSYHEX package pricing unless specifically stated in writing.
Payment Options
For website projects, clients may choose one of two payment options:
Option 1 — 50% Deposit
A 50% deposit is paid before work begins. The remaining 50% is due when the website is completed and ready for final delivery or launch.
Option 2 — Full Payment
The full project amount may be paid before development begins.
Third-party expenses such as hosting, domain registration, premium plugins, licenses, subscriptions, security services, or external platforms are separate from PSYHEX service fees and are paid by the client.

For established businesses that already have their logo, colors, and brand identity and need a professional online presence.
