Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 14, 2026.

Psyhex operates psyhex.net and provides website design, branding, and creative services. This policy explains how we handle information when you visit our website or contact us. For privacy questions, email joudb@psyhex.net.

Information you provide

Our project inquiry form asks for your name, email address, the service you are interested in, and your project message. Your business name is optional. We also receive information you choose to send to us directly by email. Please avoid including passwords, payment-card details, or other sensitive information in an initial inquiry.

How we use your information

We use the information you provide to respond to your inquiry, understand your project, discuss suitable services, prepare proposals, and communicate about requested work. Sending an inquiry does not automatically subscribe you to a marketing mailing list.

How form submissions are delivered

Our website uses Contact Form 7 to send inquiries to our business email address. The form is configured for email delivery and does not itself save a separate submission database in WordPress. Your message is processed by the website’s hosting and email systems and may remain in our business mailbox and associated backups.

Technical information and cookies

Hosting and security systems may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details, page requests, timestamps, and error logs to deliver, protect, and troubleshoot the website.

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies for supported website features. Some pages load Google Fonts from Google’s servers; these requests can disclose technical information such as your IP address and browser details to Google. See our Cookie Policy for details. External links to client websites lead to services with their own privacy practices.

Website analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand website visits, pages viewed, traffic sources, and interactions so we can improve our website. When analytics runs, Google receives technical and usage information, which may include browser and device details, page URLs, referral information, approximate location, and cookie identifiers. See our Cookie Policy for more information and available choices.

Who may receive information

We use service providers for website hosting, email delivery, and related operational support. They may process information as needed to provide those services. We may also disclose relevant information when required by law or reasonably necessary to address fraud, protect rights, or establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

Retention

We retain inquiry correspondence for as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage project discussions, keep relevant business records, and meet applicable legal obligations. Retention depends on whether an inquiry becomes a client relationship, whether a dispute is pending, and applicable recordkeeping requirements. Backup copies may remain until the relevant backup cycle expires.

Your choices and requests

You can contact joudb@psyhex.net to ask about information you have provided or request access, correction, or deletion. Applicable rights and exceptions depend on your location and the relevant law. We may need to verify a request before taking action and may retain information where required or permitted by law.

Browser settings allow you to manage cookies and other stored website data. Where cookie controls are displayed on our website, you can also use them to review your preferences.

Security

We use reasonable measures to help protect information handled through our website and business systems. No method of internet transmission or electronic storage can be guaranteed completely secure.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our website or information practices change. The date above identifies the latest update. Please contact us if you have questions about this policy.
