Psyhex’s original website text, design, and creative materials are owned by Psyhex or used with permission. Client names, logos, trademarks, screenshots, and other third-party materials remain subject to their respective owners’ rights and our project agreements. Displaying a project does not transfer ownership or grant permission to reuse it.

Please request permission before reproducing or commercially reusing our work, except where applicable law permits otherwise.

Project inquiries and services

Submitting an inquiry does not create a service agreement or reserve a project start date. We confirm project scope, deliverables, pricing, payment terms, revisions, and timing in a written agreement before work begins.

Hosting, domain registration, and approved third-party subscriptions are separate from our service fees unless the project agreement states otherwise. If website information differs from a signed project agreement, the signed agreement governs that project.
